Cartoning and packaging equipment belongs to the group of machines that we are very happy to offer for Central packing houses and therefore “dirty” parts of operations.

Since the first developments of these single-purpose machines, our company has focused on combining two machines into one, i.e. the Cartoning device for folding boxes, with the Packaging device, where incoming products are sorted and then placed in a pre-prepared box.

Folding and closing cardboard boxes is possible either by using HOT MELT gluing technology or by folding/closing “in locks” (without the need for gluing).

In our Cartoning and packaging equipment, we offer the option of choosing different designs of boxes, either OPEN TRAY or WRAP AROUND, which are intended for packaging boxed, bagged, cup, bottle, or vacuum-packed products.

We store these products in boxes according to the customer’s requirements, either in a single or multi-layer design with the possibility of an adjustable base format.

Our goal is, as far as possible, to offer (using servo mechanisms and optional recipes) fully automatic repositioning of machines (without operator intervention) for a different base format or a different product storage concept. This eliminates downtime due to the often lengthy rebuilding of individual mechanisms, including the elimination of inaccuracy in the event of a human factor failure.
