Robotized workplaces and Manipulators belong to a group of machines that, first of all, facilitate often difficult manual work, either when handling filled boxes or other tools or numerous products.

For Robotized workplaces, we like to use industrial robots from Fanuc, either in ordinary or Food version, in special cases also with a protective sleeve.

Among the Robotized workplaces, we can primarily include Palletizing equipment, which we offer with two palletizing places (in case of a lack of space with one) and stacks of cardboard inserts. In these applications, when it is necessary to grip different sizes of boxes and maintain the possibility of convenient automatic adjustment, we often use the seventh, servo-controlled axis on the Grippri. The choice of design and size of the robot depends on the requirements and spatial possibilities in operation.

In applications with Manipulators, ALU profiles from various manufacturers are often used, where we achieve axis lengths of up to 10m.

Our company has also developed a 2-axis Delta robotic manipulator, which we often use in cooperation with the Incoming Product Sorter to put completely sorted products into pre-prepared boxes.

If necessary, we also implement camera systems in these applications for tracking the location of incoming products, or for tracking the print and so on.
