Currently, our customers like to implement weighing devices in various technological lines of the production process in order to gain control over the material flow (ETH interface) and the accuracy of the weight of the given product (discarding to the discard box). We offer both Dynamic and Static weighing devices, which are intended for weighing individual products (with an accuracy of up to 0.5g), or for weighing filled boxes in the final group packaging (with an accuracy of up to 5g). We recommend weighing filled boxes especially for applications with a Robotized palletizing workplace (exclusion of poorly packed boxes).

We offer washing equipment in a 1-line, 3-zone version, intended primarily for cleaning cheese and other molds or crates. We tried to automate all the processes and control all the necessary parameters (sensing of conductivity, flow rates, temperatures, levels and flow, sensing of the presence of a form/container, regulation of track speed, dosing of cleaning agent, ventilation and extraction of vapors, etc.) to ensure the required cleanliness of the washed parts.

Conveyor tracks are an integral part of our deliveries, in order to deliver either the product itself or a filled box to the destination in a given technological process. We offer a wide range of different designs of Conveyor Tracks, which are adapted to the spatial possibilities of the given operation, including the implementation of the necessary sensors for monitoring the flow products.

In our offer you will also find devices for common consumption, which are definitely recommended as well as Turntables. Our customers are very happy to apply them at the ends of transport lines, where products are allowed to accumulate and where they await manual collection later.
