Filling devices belong to the group of machines that we are very happy to offer for volumetric filling of products in “clean” parts of operations where a higher or high level of hygiene is required.

Our company focuses on Linear, Carousel and Vertical Filling equipment, depending on the requirements and spatial possibilities in the customer’s operation.

The main supporting product in this category and our own development in the Ultra Clean design is the 5-line filling device for cup packaging in volumes up to 500ml, where we achieve a cadence of up to 10,000 pcs/hour. in a 3-station “balcony” concept (pre-filling, main filling and refilling).

We achieve the Ultra Clean hygiene level thanks to Hoenle UV germicidal irradiation of cups and lids, including a pressurized laminar flow unit in the filling part (air treatment by Hepa filtration) and also thanks to CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP steam sterilization.

The automatic adjustment of individual recipes for products Ø75mm and Ø95mm, cup height 50÷130mm is a natural feature of this machine.

If lower cadences are required, we offer various Carousel fillers, either in single or double tandem design, which are designed for filling products into single or multi-chamber cup packaging, round, or oval.
